Tool to convert images to PNG format, then optimize them to reduce file size. Requires Mac OS 10.6.

Apple Chapter Tool Beta (ChapterTool)

Mirrored via the Internet Archive. This command-line utility adds chapters to AAC files. I believe Join Together uses it. You might install it by copying the “ChapterTool” executable to /usr/local/bin with
sudo cp /Volumes/Chapt*/ChapterTool/ChapterTool /usr/local/bin/
